ALICHLOR COMPLEX: ALKALINE DETERGENT FOR DIPPING AND MILKING

Alichlor Complex is a powerful detergent for dipping and sanitization, ideal for use during milking processes. Thanks to its highly alkaline formulation based on soda and active chlorine, it is particularly effective in removing protein substances, fats, starches and other organic residues that accumulate on washable surfaces during breeding and food production.

This milking detergent is suitable for recirculating or spray washing, ensuring deep cleaning and safe sanitization of equipment. Alichlor Complex is also suitable for hard water, maintaining its effectiveness and ensuring impeccable hygiene in any operating condition.

Using dipping detergents such as Alichlor Complex is essential to protect the quality of milk and animal welfare, offering complete cleaning of milking equipment, improving the efficiency and safety of the entire process.

Effect on materials

It does not affect stainless steel, glass, enamelled iron, PE, PVC, PP, PS at the concentrations of use. It corrodes aluminium, galvanised iron. It oxidises copper, brass and bronze. On plastic tank linings, as their chemical nature is not known, it is advisable to carry out preliminary compatibility tests.

Instructions for use

For washing and sanitising centralised milking systems and cooling tanks, use ALICHLOR COMPLEX at a concentration of 1% at room temperature for 15’ – 20’ followed by rinsing.
For washing and sanitizing tanks, pipes, fillers, use ALICHLOR COMPLEX at a concentration of 0.5 – 1% at room temperature to 60°C for 3 – 10’ followed by rinsing.
