ALICHLOR EC: OPTIMAL DETERGENT FOR DIPPING

Alichlor EC is a chlorine-active alkaline detergent ideal for sanitization and cleaning in the livestock sector, particularly suitable for use during cattle milking processes. Its soda-based formulation makes it perfect for the effective removal of proteins, fats, starches and other organic residues that accumulate on washable surfaces.

This optimal detergent for dipping is suitable for use in both recirculating and spray washing, ensuring deep cleaning and safe sanitization of all equipment used in milking. Alichlor EC proves particularly effective even in the presence of soft water and medium-low hardness, maintaining its effectiveness without compromising the quality of the surfaces.

Effect on materials

It does not affect stainless steel, glass, enameled iron, PE, PVC, PP, PS at the concentrations of use. It corrodes aluminum, galvanized iron. It oxidizes copper, brass and bronze. On the plastic coatings of the tanks, since their chemical nature is not known, it is advisable to carry out preliminary compatibility tests.

Instructions for use

Animal husbandry

For washing and sanitizing centralized milking systems and cooling tanks, ALICHLOR EC is used at a concentration of 1% at room temperature for 15′ – 20′.

Dairy Industry

For washing and sanitizing tanks, pipes, fillers, use ALICHLOR EC at a concentration of 0.5 – 1% at room temperature to 60°C for 3 – 10’.

Storage Instructions

Avoid improper use of the product. Store in the original closed packaging or, where applicable, in the appropriate rooms or storage tanks away from extreme temperatures.
