NITROFOS EC: DETERGENT FOR CATTLE

Nitrofos EC is an acid detergent specifically for the food, beverage and livestock industries, ideal for cleaning equipment used in milking and breeding. Formulated with nitric-phosphoric acid, Nitrofos EC is one of the best detergents for cattle, designed to effectively remove hydrolysable salt and organic scale that forms on surfaces used in cow breeding and milk production.

Its advanced formula ensures deep cleaning, while protecting the most delicate surfaces, such as stainless steel, without damaging them. Nitrofos EC is not suitable for materials such as carbon steel, cast iron, copper and galvanized iron, but is harmless on all other materials, making it a safe and reliable choice for cleaning milking equipment.

Corrodes carbon steel, cast iron, copper and its alloys, galvanized iron. Harmless on all other materials.

Instructions for use

Descaling and cleaning of tanks, reservoirs, pipes, separators, molds, containers, filters, etc.:NITROFOS EC is used at a concentration of 1-3% at 50-60°C for 20-40 minutes. Followed by rinsing and disinfection.

Descaling of pasteurizers, sterilizers: use NITROFOS EC at a concentration of 2-5% at a temperature of 70°C for at least 20 minutes.

Cleaning and polishing of stainless steel surfaces: use NITROFOS EC at a concentration of 1-4% at room temperature to 50°C for 10-20 minutes.

 

Product Notes

After washing, rinse well until neutral pH.
